Refund policy

At Forever Rose, we want you to shop with confidence and be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, may be required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we will determine whether you qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

After your request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the package, as this may not be the correct return location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The return is the result of an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the situations listed above.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:
